Membership Application

? This is yourself if you are self-referred or the name of the person who has invited you to join.
After your application is accepted, you will be installed into the lodge you've chosen. You will be asked to pay your annual dues at that time. Dues vary among lodges and tend to be about $40 or so. Thank you for your interest in the Order of Sons and Daughters of Italy in America. You will be contacted shortly by your lodge.
Regular Membership is for people of Italian heritage and their spouses.
Social Membership is for people of all other heritages.
